Cancellation right
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without stating reasons.
The cancellation deadline is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, has / have taken possession of the goods.

by a clear statement (e.g. by postal mail, fax or E-mail) regarding your decision to cancel this contract. You can also use the attached model cancellation form, but this is not obligatory.
In order to comply with the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the message regarding the exercise of the cancellation right before the expiry of the cancellation deadline.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we have to repay you all the payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from you having selected a different type of delivery than the most economical standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the message regarding your cancellation of this contract is received by us. For this repayment, we use the same method of payment that you have used for the initial transaction, unless it was explicitly agreed with you otherwise. Under no circumstances will you be charged with fees for this repayment. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided documented evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever happens first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract, to the company H. Krieghoff GmbH, Boschstraße 22, D-89079 Ulm. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the deadline of fourteen days.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You only need to pay for any diminished value of the goods if the deterioration in value is due to an unnecessary handling of them to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Contract text
The contract text is stored on our internal systems. You can inspect the General Terms and Conditions as well as this information at any time on this site. If you have registered as a customer, you can inspect your customer data at any time under “My account”. The order data will be shall be sent to you by E-mail. After conclusion of the order, the contract text will be no longer be accessible on the Internet for security reasons. However, you can print out the contract data through your browser's printing function or save it on your computer through your browser’s saving function before conclusion of the order.
